Not much will stop a letter carrier from delivering mail, but a vicious dog could postpone it.

Mail delivery suspended after pit bulls attack letter carrier

Mail delivery for residents in the 1500 block of Cumberland Avenue, which had been suspended after dogs reportedly attacked a mailman last week, will resume on Saturday.

Their mail was suspended after a U.S. Postal Service letter carrier was attacked by two pit bull dogs on April 21 and was taken to the emergency room for treatment, according to USPS Spokeswoman Arlene Sanchez. Video: Tulsa pitbull to be put down after vicious attack on letter carrier

Sitting there calmly, you’d never realize what 4 year-old Boss had just done to the mailman.

“Blood everywhere, I didn’t realize it was the postman at first,” said William Harper. When William came home for lunch, he found that his dream pit bull had become someone’s nightmare.
