Man who killed his parents with samurai sword had previously threatened letter carrier

A man from DeKalb County, Georgia who stands accused of murdering his parents with a samurai sword is said to have threatened others in the neighborhood with the weapon, including a letter carrier, who says her supervisor refused to do anything about it:

Neighbors said they believe Ray vandalized several mailboxes in the area. A mail carrier, who asked to remain unidentified, said Ray had brandished a samurai sword at her one day and screamed, “Where the hell is my mail!?”
