Kentucky window clerk pleads not guilty to federal charges

US-Department-Of-Justi_fmtAccording to the Appalachian News Express, a Kentucky window clerk, Sherry Jo Justice, has pleaded not guilty to charges she stole drugs from the mail, and embezzled postal funds:

A Pikeville woman will face an April trial date in a case that alleges she, as a U.S. Postal employee, sold drugs and committed theft from her employer.

During a hearing Monday in U.S. District Court in Pikeville, Sherry Jo Justice, 52, pleaded not guilty to charges of selling morphine and oxycodone, misappropriation of postal funds and theft of money orders.
