Florida postal worker arrested on mail, credit card fraud charges

The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office Thursday announced the arrest of a U.S. Postal Service letter carrier accused of stealing credit cards from eight people and using the cards to make purchases totaling $13,981.

Alzet Parker, 51, of West Palm Beach, was arrested Oct. 30 on charges of mail fraud and credit card fraud. The case was handed over to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for prosecution, according to a Sheriff’s Office probable cause affidavit.
