Videos: The Strike That Couldn’t Happen- March 17, 1970

Forty three years ago today, March 17 1970, the National Association of Letter Carriers in New York City voted to go out on strike. In 2010 the APWU and the National Postal Museum posted these videos to commemorate the fortieth anniversary of the strike:

    I worked at the Croton On Hudson PO at that time. Have pictures if I can find them. Best thing we ever did was go on strrilke.
