KANNAPOLIS, N.C. —

A Kannapolis family is outraged after they said a postal carrier sprayed their 7-year-old daughter with mace.

It all started when 7-year-old MiKayla Davis walked outside to get the mail. She didn’t realize that her 8-month-old teacup Chihuahua/pug mix was right behind her.
