WSAZ TV reports that a Pike County, KY highway letter carrier has been indicted on charges of  stealing and destroying mail. Russell Allen Halsey is accused of stealing gift cards and boxes of checks:

“The indictment, which was filed Nov. 15, alleges that the incidents occurred from Oct. 16, 2010, through Feb. 14, 2012.”
