Two Pallets Full Of Amazon Packages Found Abandoned In Sacramento Restaurant Parking Lot

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — Two pallets full of Amazon packages were found abandoned in the parking lot of a Sacramento restaurant.

The packages were found Sunday morning by the manager of Brookfields Restaurant located at 4343 Madison Ave.

“(There were) 50 packages per pallet, about 100 packages,” David Slambora, the restaurant manager, said.

Slambora said some of the packages were rifled through but most were in good condition.

The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office told CBS13 that deputies were called to the restaurant at approximately 7:45 a.m. Sunday morning

Surveillance footage from the restaurant captured what the manager said they believe is the truck that may have left the packages in the parking lot. The footage was given to deputies for further investigation.
