USPS Announces New Acting Vice President, Sales

Chief Customer and Marketing Officer (CCMO), Jakki Krage Strako announced today the retirement of Dennis Nicoski, Acting Vice President, Sales. Sharon Owens has been named as his replacement. Excerpts from Jakki’s announcement are provided below.

Dennis Nicoski, Acting Vice President, Sales, has informed me of his plans to retire from the Postal Service. I want to thank Dennis for his leadership while serving as Acting VP Sales, for his commitment to our customers, USPS growth, and his passion for the development of his sales team.

Sharon Owens will serve as Acting Vice President, Sales. In her current role as the Vice President of Pricing and Costing, Sharon oversees the setting of published prices and supports negotiated service agreements (NSAs). She also has oversight of postal regulatory reporting, which includes compiling and delivering detailed information on postal programs and services to multiple stakeholders. Sharon’s performance in her current assignment as well as her regular interaction with the sales team makes her uniquely qualified for this assignment.
