It’s hard work, but Courtney Ferguson says she loves her job with the post office.

She’s been at a facility in Schiller Park for four years now.

“The post office is a great job to have,” she told NBC 5 Monday. What Ferguson said she didn’t expect in her job? Sexual harassment.

“It is never ending,” she said.

Postal Service needs to clean house on Supervisors engaged in sexual harrassment. It is wide spread in the larger plants.

Sadly we have so many supervisors harassing women and men at the plant. Either sexually, mentally, or emotionally.. some of them are smart enough to not get to physical.. but none of them will get fired. They would just get transferred out and then they get to go harass another person. Or they get moved to another unit for a few months, then they can transfer back on good behavior and start harassing all over again.
