Mail mysteriously stopped showing up for nearly 3 weeks in this Syracuse neighborhood

SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Neighbors in Syracuse are demanding answers after they stopped receiving mail for nearly three weeks.

Now the United States Postal Service says it is investigating. Service resumed Monday for neighbors who live on West Onondaga Street, but it’s unclear why the service was ever suspended in the first place.

Neighbors say it’s been two frustrating weeks, and a big inconvenience, especially for those who don’t have a car.
