Johnstown PA postal worker charged with mail theft

The Johnstown PA Daily American reports that a local postal worker has been indicted on charges of mail theft:

uspsoigDarren E. Hill, 47, of Sherman Street, was indicted on a charge of delay or destruction of mail. According to the indictment, on Aug. 12, 2014, Hill unlawfully detained approximately 2,343 pieces of mail while employed by the United States Postal Service. The service’s Office of Inspector General investigated.
