Video: Florida rural carrier accused of stealing mail from his route

OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. —A longtime United States Postal Service worker is accused of stealing mail from his route for years.

Investigators said they found several hundred pieces of mail, dating back two years, in Victor Sanchez’s garage after receiving a tip earlier this month he was destroying stolen mail.

Sanchez, 48, was a rural letter carrier working out of a facility in Osceola County and had been delivering mail since 2001.
