KANSAS CITY, Mo. — It was the busiest day of the year for the U.S. Postal Service with more than 500 million pieces of mail delivered nationwide Monday. But one metro customer is wondering why her package ended coming via “air mail.”
A Midtown customer heard a thud and was surprised to see her package tumbling back down the stairs and a postal carrier driving away. The incident was captured on her surveillance system at her home that sits two sets of stairs above Wyandotte Street.
