Video: Police offer reward for robber disguised as a mailman

WEST UNIVERSITY, Texas — Crime Stoppers and West University police are offering a reward leading to the charging and/or arrest of the suspect wanted in a home invasion last month.

According to the West University Place Police Department, it happened at 11:30 a.m. on Aug. 19 in the 3900 block of Amherst.

Investigators said a male suspect pretending to be a postal worker along with three other armed robbers stormed into the home and held a mother, her nanny and three children at gun point.

The suspects terrorized the family inside and then fled with $40,000 in jewelry.
