FORT WORTH – Arsenio Manansala has worked for the post office for 21 years. He sorts mail.Now investigators are sorting out whether he threatened to shoot workers at the Jack Watson Post Office in north Fort Worth on July 27.
Manansala said police were waiting with guns when he showed up for work.
“M-16 on my face, and they said, ‘Get down! Get down! Get down in the grass!” And I was really shocked,” he said Thursday. “That traumatized me.”
