Video: Mail discovered in Baltimore County storm drain

PARKVILLE, Md. —Authorities are investigating how hundreds of pieces of mail ended up in a storm drain in Baltimore County.

Residents of Brightoak Road in the Parkville area were upset to learn about the ordeal.

“I’m looking at letters, I’m looking at magazines, I’m looking a coupons,” resident Bobby Phillips said.

“This is outrageous, actually. It really is. I mean this is the U.S. Mail, and it ends up in a storm drain?” resident George Miller said.
