I got my notification, along with some other worthless credit protection crap; much like I already got from the Postal Service breach. All I have to say is if anything goes on with my “credit”, I’m saying it out loud “I will not be responsible for any of it” and if any of my money gets messed with it, USPS and USG WILL be held responsible for it. “Period”.

There’ll be no “luck” involved. Just lawyers with an incontrovertible case.

Ha ha! Good one! Having been the victim of identity theft a while back, I can assure you that the companies that start sending you demands to pay for stuff you never bought don’t care what you say “out loud”. They will assume you’re guilty and expect you to pay up pronto! And I think you know how impressed “USPS and USG” will be with your period!

Thanks for giving us all a good laugh, though!

Absolutely all of the conditions outlined above apply in my situation and I have received nothing from OPM but a “don’t call us we’ll call you” response. They could hire “sleazy apps are us” to develop an app for people to see if they are affected for about 1/10 what they are going to spend to put out some piece of schlock way too late!
