WHITEHALL, MI — A 64-year-old Whitehall man has been charged with criminal sexual conduct for allegedly sexually grabbing a U.S. Postal Service worker who was delivering mail at the time.

Arthur Baktamarian has been charged with criminal sexual conduct, fourth degree, for allegedly grabbing the female postal worker’s buttocks on April 3.

Baktamarian was arrested on Tuesday night, April 7, according to the Whitehall Police Chief Roger Squiers. Baktamarian is currently lodged in the Muskegon County Jail on an $8,000 cash or surety bond.
