Video: Longtime Postal Worker Says Farewell After 37 Years

ERIE— He’s delivered mail longer than any other postal worker in Erie, PA. Now, 37 years working for the U.S. Postal Service, he finally made his last round on Erie’s East side.

David Minor began his career with the USPS in 1977. Saturday, he retired after nearly four decades in the business.

Minor spent his last round delivering mail with his six grandchildren on the 3300 block of Wayne Street.

In all of his years, he says he was only bitten by a dog once, but his greatest memory was catching a group of burglars.
