Postal carrier didn’t even check to see if the gate was open to walk a few more steps to drop it by the door and out of sight after knocking to alert any occupants. If gate was locked, probably could have picked up over fence without dropping so it was inside.

You don’t know this carrier, you don’t know this customer, but just maybe the carrier knows the customer, and the route too. You don’t know what the carrier did just before being seen on this video, he could have rang the door bell before comming into view! The customers weren’t home, maybe they work, and maybe the carrier knows this! This parcel was OBVIOUSLY was an Amazon parcel, and Amazon has every one of their parcels labled as “CARRIER LEAVE IF NO RESPONSE”, and as far as putting it over the gate without dropping it, just how would he do that? Did you actually watch the video, you can’t even see the top of the gate! Why is the carrier ALWAYSE blamed for someones elses crimes?

If the gate was locked, you can see from the video that he never checked, he could lift the package over a 6 foot fence and stick one arm through to catch it on the other side. The when its on the ground he could push it out of arms reach so no one could reach in and lift it back over the fence. If the gate was unlocked, you can see from the video that he could have placed it around the corner by the door and it would be out of sight.

You can’t see the top of the gate! You don’t know if there’s room to pass the parcel through, it might have a structure allowing no room for a parcel, or anyone to squeeze through, I have several gates just like that on my route. Your assumptions always fault the carrier, and you have no more information than anyone else here!
