Video: Florida RCA charged in missing mail case

uspsoigMichael Marquez, a rural carrier associate (RCA) working out of the Cape Coral branch of the Fort Myers, Florida post office, has been indicted on charges of delaying and destroying over four hundred pieces of first class mail earlier this year. Marquez could face up to 5 years in prison and a $250,000 fine. His trial is scheduled to take place in November. The defendant is no longer employed by the USPS. WZVN News for Fort Myers, Cape Coral
